Important Notice: Login Issues |
The Tech Worlds Server is back up and running. Some of you may have
trouble entering some of the rooms. This is due to us having updated
files on the server. If you have issues getting on the server or
gaining access to a particular space you need to clear your Traveler
cache so that you get those updated files.
To do this:
1) Go to edit/settings in your Traveler browser.
2) Then chose the cache tab.
3) Hit the "open cache folder" button and you be automatically taken to
your cache directory. (it is actually at c:\program files\DSTrav\cache)
4) Then double click on the TechWorlds.org folder to get into that
folder.
5) Once there highlight all the files and delete them. There are
folders in there as well and deleting them is not necessary only the
files.
Do not worry about deleting something by accident from you cache
folder. Your cache folder contains all the artwork and space entry
files (DSV and DSS files) for the spaces. All that content will just
download again for you when your Traveler browser requests it.
